Order Fulfillment

Once online orders are placed, they are sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Our warehouse is open Monday- Friday 9am-5pm and can be reached at 520-623-4000.

If an item is out of stock, an employee from the warehouse will notify the customer as soon as possible.

Once items are shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Return Policy

Unopened, unused merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days.

Madaras products have a limited one-year warranty.

CUSTOM orders are final; no exchanges or refunds. (This includes but is not limited to custom-ordered prints, custom-ordered canvases and all phone cases.) 

The artist reserves all reproduction rights. No image can be copied, framed for sale, reproduced or sold in any other manner without express written consent of the artist.
