Mountain Trek - Glass Cutting Board

Mountain Trek--As I was packing to move to Tucson nearly 50 years ago, people in New Jersey told me the desert was nothing more than sand and cactus. I expected the Sahara. Instead, I was awestruck by the blue and purple mountains, colorful fruit growing on cactus pads, and all the different blooms in the springtime desert. The rain brings a plethora of color and joy to a dry, brown landscape once the rains come.
