Sunflowers at the Ranch- Canvas

Sunflowers at the Ranch - I “holed up” at White Stallion Ranch in June to work on paintings for the Annual Show. When my husband dropped me off at the Ranch, he left a bouquet of sunflowers for me on the night stand. The next morning, the flowers glowed in the warm summer light and I could not resist painting them. The joy I felt about the flowers and painting at the Ranch poured forth onto the canvas in this happy piece.
