Three Sunflowers- Canvas

Three Sunflowers - I began this painting wanting to play with color and abstract the sunflowers. I love the juxtaposition of the yellow flowers against the white background. The smaller pink and raspberry flowers make the whole painting pop. The freeform lines or scratches in the lower half of the canvas were happy accidents that I decided to leave because the marks added depth and interest.
